1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are shipped within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.
Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and order weight.
Free shipping may apply on selected products or special offers.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this tracking ID to check the live status of your shipment.

5. Delivery Attempts

The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable, the package may be returned to us.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof, and we will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping (optional—can be edited if needed).
