Thank you for shopping with IsitaCorner. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer handling

  • Items without original packaging/tags

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale/discount items (unless damaged)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your order ID, product images, and a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup (if available) or ask you to ship the product to our return address.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Product is missing parts or accessories

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are possible if:

  • The customer wants the same product replaced (same design) due to damage or defect.

  • Replacement is subject to availability.

If the exact product is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose a different product, or

  • Request a refund.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Refund for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 3–5 business days.


6. Non-Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Report it within 24 hours of the delivery update.

  • We will coordinate with the courier service for verification.
